Ginning factories: companies agree to continue insurance policies

Federal Minister for Food, Agriculture and Livestock Sikandar Hayat Khan Bosan has said the insurance companies have agreed to continue the insurance policies of cotton ginning factories as he assured them to resolve their problems.
He said this while presiding over a meeting with the representatives of insurance companies, growers and cotton ginners.
The meeting was held to review and consider the problem of cotton ginners as the insurance companies halted insurance of cotton in ginning factories.
The minister urged the insurance companies to make bye-laws for insurance of cotton in ginning factories so that they might be bound to fulfil the requirements of insurance companies as it was necessary for both ginning factories and insurance companies.
Talking to newsmen, the minister said he discussed the matter with the representatives of insurance companies who assured to continue the insurance of cotton in ginning factories and he assured them to resolve their problems.
