Burns units to be set up at all district hospitals

The Punjab government has initiated a two-year healthcare programme costing Rs 6 billion for providing modern and timely treatment facilities to the masses in the province.
Official sources told Business Recorder here on Saturday that under the programme all basic health units, rural health centres, tehsil and district headquarter hospitals would be upgraded while latest medical equipment, medicines and doctors would be ensured.
