The Bishop of Lahore and Moderator Church of Pakistan, Rt. Rev. Dr Alexander John Malik, in his Christmas message felicitated the nation. He said that Christmas was a feast of lover and sharing as God had shared with us His divine love through Jesus Christ it is our duty to share our love with all other human beings.
Bishop emphasised that "we must remember all the earthquake affectees especially the children who are facing great trouble in this cold weather."
He prayed for peace in the world and also for the progress and prosperity of Pakistan.
