Mumtaz Sheikh takes over as CBR member legal

Mumtaz Ahmad Sheikh, a Grade-21 officer, has taken over as member legal of the Central Board of Revenue (CBR), Government of Pakistan.
Hailing from interior Sindh, Mumtaz, who joined the Income Tax Group in 1971, has a meritorious record of service and has worked on diversified posts, the last being Federal Additional Secretary, Ministry of Food and Agriculture.
He has LLM degrees from reputed international law universities and is considered an expert on the international agreements, arbitration and dispute resolution.
