Secretary Education Sajid Hasan said on Friday that Canada would provide Rs 3 billion in the field of education particularly to impart training to the teachers. He said education standard would be raised across the country, a private TV channel reported.
A special task force has been set up to check irregularities in examination centers. National and international expertise would also be utilised in the field of education, he added. Sajid Hasan said the number of scholarships would be doubled in the near future.
