The Chairman of Pakistan Tanners Association (PTA), Khwaja M Yousuf, has hailed the government decision not to allow any increase in Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC) tariff.
He said that the business community, particularly the exporters, are already under stress and facing difficulty to compete in the would market. Any such counterproductive decision will further exacerbate the situation as the intended enhancement in the electricity would certainty raise the cost of production.-PR
