15 Mar, 2006

Wheat futures at the Chicago Board of Trade tumbled 2-1/2 percent to a one-month low early on Tuesday amid better US crop weather and follow-through technical selling after Monday's sharp break in prices, traders said.
At 10:23 am CST (1623 GMT), CBOT wheat was down 6-3/4 to 9 cents per bushel, with March down 9 at $3.51 per bushel. May was down 5-3/4 at $3.61-3/4. Traders said Refco-Man was the key seller of at least 600 May.
