Foreign delegates briefed about Port Qasim projects

A 24-member foreign delegation visited Port Qasim on Wednesday. Comprising members from different countries, the delegation was given a detailed briefing on Port Qasim and its on-going and future projects by media advisor Rizwan Khan.
The Chairman, Port Qasim Authority, Vice-Admiral, Asad Qureshi, replied to a questions put forth by the delegation members, who evinced keen interest in ports in the region and their significance in the future political scenario.
A crest of the Foreign Service academy was presented to the PQA Chairman by Programme Director Khayyam Akbar, and vice versa by the Port Qasim Authority Chairman.
Later, the delegation was taken out on a boat cruise to see the channel.
