At a meeting of the Board of Directors of Alpha Insurance Company Ltd, held on March 29, 2006, the Financial Statements for the year ended on December 31, 2005, were approved.
The Pre Tax profit of the Company amounted to Rs 28,007,370 and the Directors recommended that a 12.5 percent Cash Dividend plus 15 percent Stock Dividend to Shareholders be approved.-PR
