Expressing their full confidence over the government policies and the central leadership of Pakistan Muslim League (PML-Q), more than 14 local leaders along with hundreds of supporters of union council Pedial Kuder (PP-7) have joined the party.
The leaders during a public rally at Pedial made the announcement to this effect after their special meeting with the Punjab Parliament Secretary for Revenue Kamran Aslam. The leaders from Muslim League (N), Peoples Party and other parties - who joined the ruling Muslim League include Chaudhry Noor Zaman, Malik Ashraf, Fazal Dad and Noor Khan.
Speaking on the occasion, they said the PML was the only party, which believed in practical politics and worked for the welfare of people. They said the government had initiated several development projects in the council, which would help improve the people's life standard in the backward areas.
Speaking on the occasion, Kamran Aslam assured the people that PML leadership would come up to their expectations and not leave any stone unturned to solve their problems.
