The Central Board of Revenue (CBR) on Tuesday ordered transfers of three senior tax officials, with immediate effect. Shahid Hussain Asad, a BS-20 officer of Income Tax Group, presently posted as Commissioner of Income Tax (Legal), Central Region, Multan, has been transferred as Commissioner of Income Tax, Zone-A, Eastern Region, Lahore.
Muhammad Nasir Khan, a BS-19 officer of Customs and Excise Group, presently posted as Secretary, Tax Policy and Reform Wing, CBR, has been posted as Secretary, Customs Wing, CBR (HQ), Islamabad.
Khalid Mahmood, a BS-19 officer of Customs and Excise Group has assumed the charge of Chief, CBR, Islamabad.
