Gas cylinder exploded, one killed

The Zila Nazim Hyderabad Kanwar Naveed has put strict ban on refilling of LPG Gas cylinders at the shops situated in the markets or any residential area within the district jurisdiction.
Taking the serious notice of cylinder explosion that took place in a shop on Auto Bhan Road near Maji Hospital Latifabad on Thursday resulting loss of life and financial damages, the Zila Nazim warned the traders of LPG gas cylinders to shift their stocks outside the city within one month time failing which action would be taken against them.
He said that district government Hyderabad would only allow the business of LPG gas cylinders with the little stock of 20 gas cylinders at the cement concealed shops not near to fire catching shops and installations likewise petrol pumps, cloth shops, furniture shops, hotels etc. However, he made it clear that no one will be allowed for riffling of any gas cylinder within the premises of shops or populated area because it was causing explosion and loss of innocent life, which was not affordable to the district government and public as well.
Expressing his concern over the explosion incident at the shop on Auto Bhan Road Latifabad, the Zila Nazim expressed sympathies with the bereaved family of a victim who lost his life in this incident. The Zila Nazim announced Rs 50,000 as compensation for the successor of the deceased and said that though it was not a substitute of the loss of life but could be some sort of help to the affected family.
