The Islamabad International Airport would remain closed on arrival and departure of the Saudi Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz on Saturday (April 15) and on Sunday (April 16).
The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has announced that the airport would remain closed from 12.30 noon on April 15 to 4.30 p. m and on April 16 due to "operational reasons."
The CAA has asked passengers, coming to and departing from Islamabad, to contact their respective airlines to select nearest airport for arrival and departure from Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
