The bail matter of Khawaja Saad Rafiq, MNA, and PML-N Punjab Secretary Zaeem Qadri could not be heard and the bench of the Lahore High Court (LHC) constituted for this purpose would be reconstituted now.
The bench, hearing their bail matter, was cancelled as one of its members has been transferred to another bench of the august court.
Both the applicants had approached the court for bail in a case against them registered for provoking the people to turn violent in a protest procession.
The police had arrested them under the Anti- terrorist Act.
They approached the Lahore High Court (LHC) after a special court refused to allow them bail.
