A division bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany and Justice Gulzar Ahmed on Wednesday sought comments from the Federal Defence Secretary in petition challenging alleged illegal detention of a political activist Dr Safdar Sarki.
