Brigadier Muhammad Rafique Sabir was installed as honorary colonel of the battalion of Corps of Engineers popularly known as "Khunjrabees" at an impressive ceremony held here on Sunday.
According to ISPR release here, Engineer-in-Chief Major General Shahid Niaz - who was the chief guest on the occasion, pinned the badges of rank onto the shoulders of Brigadier Muhammad Rafique Sabir.
