The rate of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) has increased by Rs 20 to Rs 60 on Thursday. The taxi and rickshaw owners complained that the sale points located in different areas of the city such as Kalapul, Lines Area, Jahangir Road and Jamshed Road were closed due to shortage of LPG supply.
A few open sale points in Lasbela on Tuesday night sold LPG at a rate as high as Rs 60 per kilogram.
The sale points owners in Lasbela said LPG is being sold at higher rates due to its shortage. However, there was no formal announcement about the increase of LPG rates.
