Growers team leaves for Australia on May 9

An 11-member delegation comprising government officials, citrus growers, processors and horticulture experts are leaving for Australia on May 9, on a two-week industry familiarisation visit under the citrus section of the Agriculture Sector Linkages Programme (ASLP).
The purpose of the (ASLP) Australia is to build linkages between the agriculture sectors of Australia and Pakistan.
The ASLP, with a total budget allocation of Australian $6.6 million spreading over four years term has structured it into four sub components ie market linkages, academic linkages, agriculture linkages and programme review.
