Dell Inc, the world's top maker of personal computers, said on may 05 it will triple the number of workers at a new customer centre in Ottawa by adding 1,000 jobs.
Dell will employ a total of 1,500 workers at the Canadian facility, up from the 500 originally planned, the company said in a statement. The facility opened in February.
