Asia banking conferences from May 13

The first in the series of Dawn Asia Finance Conferences titled Asian Banking - A paradigm shift will be held for two days starting May 13 at the Sheraton Hotel, while the concluding session will be held at the same venue on Sunday, May 14, 2006.
The conference will be addressed by distinguished speakers and loading authorities from the banking sector. They include Presidents and CEOs of local and Foreign Banks in Pakistan as also senior and middle management delegates from these organisations.
A press release on Tuesday said that aim of the conference is to cover various aspects of Banking sector which at present are of primary interest to all those related to this industry.
The conference seeks to exhaustively cover areas such as risk management, micro-finance and SME finance, human resources in banking relationship management, Islamic banking, investment banking, credit quality, NPA management and vision of banks in the future.
