The Lahore High Court (LHC), while accepting the appeal of former federal minister Haji Muhammad Nawaz Khokhar set aside the conviction awarded to him by an accountability court. The court had convicted the accused for five years imprisonment and also declared him disqualified for 10 years from being member of the Parliament.
