Turkish Prime Minister makes brief stopover in Lahore

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan made a brief stop-over at the Lahore Airport while on his way home from Bali Indonesia here on Sunday evening.
The Turkish Prime Minister was received at the Lahore International Airport by Punjab Governor Khalid Maqbool and his spouse, Punjab Chief Secretary Salman Siddique and Turkish Ambassador to Pakistan Hasan Kamal Gur.
On arrival, two children presented the flowers to the distinguished guest accompanied by 33-member delegation. PM Erdogan was returning home after attending D-8 meeting at Bali. The Turkish Prime Minister who remained at the State Lounge for about an hour, discussed matters of mutual interests and issues with reference to recently-concluded D-8 meeting with the governor.
