19 May, 2006

Sindh Education Minister Hameeda Khuhro said on Thursday that restructuring and reformations in education were for the sake of betterment so that it could fulfil the need of time.
Talking to private TV channel, she said implementation of the same examination system in the country would improve the standards and the academic year would start at the same time in all institutions.
Hameeda Khuhro said, there were some reservations so this year the ninth and tenth class exams would be taken separately, but next year the whole system would be the same in Sindh. All these reforms, she said, like introduction of English from class one and the same examination system in the country would certainly have good results.
