Martina Hingis' win in Rome on Sunday has earned her a place in the top 15 in the latest WTA world rankings released on Monday. Hingis, who was winning for the first time since her comeback in January, moved up seven places to 14th behind world number one Amelie Mauresmo.
The beaten finalist in Rome, Dinara Safina, was up three places to 16th.
There was no change in the top ten with Kim Clijsters lying second and Nadia Petrova in third.
