The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday adjourned to May 24, the proceedings in a petition against Imtiaz Lali MPA when his counsel was still submitting his arguments.
The petitioner, Ghulam Ahmed Lali had approached the court against the respondent with prayer to disqualify him, as he was terminated form service on the charges of corruption and misconduct.
He also prayed to the court to direct the respondent Election Commission to hold fresh election in the constituency.
