SHC issues notices in Indian film case

A division bench of the Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday admitted a constitutional petition, filed by Pakistan Film Exhibitors Association, and issued notices to the respondents.
The petitioners, claiming discrimination due to specific permission for screening of the selected few films made in India, moved the court soliciting orders for allowing import and screening of films from across the border.
