Shop gutted

A samosa (spicy pastry) shop on busiest Bank Road in the Cantonment was gutted here on Tuesday morning, when fire broke out due to short circuit of electricity wires.
Initial reports said the fire was expanded to the whole shop and caused huge losses, as furniture and other valued items inside the 'Momi samosa center' were burnt to ashes. Cantonment Board's fire brigade succeeded to control the fire after an hour of fire fighting, witnesses said.
