The Lahore High Court called for report and comments from Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB), in an appeal filed by former MNA Kabir Ali Khan. The applicant has challenged the decision of an accountability court not to acquit him from a reference against him. The applicant is facing the charges of corruption and making illegal money in excess of his income.
