FPCCI seeks proposals for business agenda

The Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) is planning to prepare a 'national business agenda (NBA)' for the next five years to promote targeted sectors.
All the member bodies have been asked to send proposals for the development and promotion of these sectors so that the same could be incorporated in the NBA for presentation to the government for its consideration and approval. The proposals could be forwarded to the FPCCI by June 30.
The targeted sectors include: Textile made-ups and value added, surgical instruments, tourism and hospitality, horticulture, furniture, footwear, carpets, fruits and vegetables, leather products, dairy products, fisheries (including shrimps), marble and granite, gems and jewellery, sports and leisure equipment, Information Technology and IT enabled businesses, and other sectors related to trade and industry.
