Visa International is here to open their first ever office in the country to tap the fastest growing market of credit as well as debit cards.
Executive Vice President for South and Southeast Asia, Visa International James G. Murray talking to newsmen here at an informal meeting on Thursday, said the office will be formally inaugurated in the next few months after getting through with the legal formalities.
"With increased awareness regarding the utility of electronic payment, the issuance of plastic cards in Pakistan is witnessing a growth rate of 80 percent which is the next highest rate in the region after that of China," he pointed out.
