Singapore bunker prices rose on Friday with their premium to fuel oil cargoes stable at $1.25, traders said. Prices for 380-centistoke (cst) bunker fuel were pegged at $329-$331 a tonne, up $2.00 from Thursday's Asian close, with the differential to fuel oil at a premium of $1.25 a tonne, unchanged from day-ago levels.
"There is still a tight prompt market supply, but some independent bunker players are really aggressively offloading their barrels to shipowners," said a Singapore-based bunker trader.
