The Lahore High Court (LHC) has dismissed an election petition filed by provincial minister Raza Ali Gillani against Iftikhar Hussain Chachar MPA, praying to the court to declare his election as null and void being rigged by the respondent. The court dismissed the petition as the prosecution failed to prove its case.
