The Philippine Association of Feedmillers Inc bought at a tender late on Friday 40,000 tonnes of feed wheat at $163.90 per tonne, including cost and freight, a trader who joined the tender said on Sunday.
The trader, who asked not to be identified, said the association closed the deal for the supply of the wheat with a French trading firm for shipment in September.
