Railways to offer land for five star hotels in four cities

Pakistan Railways is going to offer its land in four major cities for the construction of five star hotels. Sources told Business Recorder that the railway is working on the plan to lease out the land in Karachi, Lahore, Multan and Rawalpindi. The land sites has been selected and would be finalise in a month's time.
About 60 percent of the revenue earned as a result will go to the railway and 40 percent to the provinces where these hotels will be constructed.
