As many as 99 primary schools would be up-graded in Mansehra district to provide better educational facilities to the earthquake survivors, official sources of NWFP Education department told APP Wednesday.
The project would cost Rs 26.02 million and would be completed in phase manner, adding, in the first phase six primary schools would be up-graded and Government has already issued directives in this regard.
