12 Bugti commanders, 80 supporters surrender

Twelve Massuri Bugti commanders along with their 80 armed supporters surrendered to the Balochistan government here on Saturday. They handed over their arms to provincial home minister Mir Shoaib Nausherwani and announced their support for the government at a ceremony held at levies thana, Bekar.
All the 12 commanders had been running terrorist camps in Phelawagh tehsil of Dera Bugti on behalf of Nawab Akbar Bugti from where they were targeting national installations and security forces.
They included Wadera Khan Mohammad Massuri, Haji Kalu Khan Nokani, Wadera Ali Murad Nokani, Wadera Yousuf, Wadera Suleman, Mohammad Jamil and six others. Wadera Khan Mohammad Massuri and Haji Kalu Khan Nokani along with their 400 and 200 supporters, respectively, also announced to quit JWP and join the government party on the occasion.
