A division bench of the Lahore High Court (LHC) has dismissed a petition filed against a member of the provincial assembly Tahir Akhtar Malik due to non prosecution. The petitioner Zulfiqar Ghuman had approached the court against the respondent for rigging the elections. The respondent was elected MPA from PP-124 Sialkot.
