Sindh Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim on Sunday said according to the law no government servant, including teachers, can form unions and take part in their activities.
In a statement issued here, he appealed to the citizens, intellectuals and educationists of Sindh to support ban on teachers unions. He said this step would result in improving falling standard of education in the province.
