Capital Development Authority (CDA) has declared Capital Town Housing Scheme as illegal and warned the people not to make investment. According to details, Telecom City and Subhani Developers launched the Capital Town Housing Scheme, but No Objection Certificate (NOC) was not issued for the scheme, said CDA.
CDA Regional Director for Planning, Ghulam Sarwar Sindhu issued a notice for the information of the masses that the advertisement of Central Executive Centre I-8 of Islamabad Telecom was illegal and unauthentic. The Director Planning warned the public not to invest or purchase property in the scheme.
