The case against PPP activists accused of attacking the Parliament House 8-years ago which was heard in the court of civil judge and Judicial magistrate here on Monday was put off till October 30.
A number of Party activists of the Party had been charged with storming the Parliament building on April 22, 1998 and threatening the Speaker National Assembly.
Those who were present in the courtroom included Chaudhry Aslam Advocate, ex Senator, Farhatullah Babar, Haji Ijaz Ahmad and Shabbir Ahmad. The Monday hearing was the 41st hearing since the case was instituted in 1998.
