Certificated cotton stocks deliverable against New York Board of Trade's No 2 cotton futures contract as of July 21 totalled 622,146 (480-lb) bales, from 649,747 bales the previous session. There were 845 bales issued, 622 bales awaiting review and 5,000 bales decertified.
