Mixed pattern was seen on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Tuesday as many buyers kept on the sidelines owing to rising trend in the prices, dealers said.
The July vaida was unchanged at Rs 547.50 and that proved to be day's lowest at the same level. Later, it gained 50 paisa to be day's best at Rs 548.00 and market settled at the same level, they said. The August vaida commenced at Rs 605.00. Later, it gained rupees four to be day's best at Rs 609.00 and closing was seen at the same level, they said.
The December vaida was inert at Rs 519.50. In the process of trading, it picked up 70 paisa to be day's best at Rs 520.20. Later, it lost 90 paisa to be day's lowest at Rs 519.30 and market closed at the same level, they said.
