Singapore bunker prices recovered on Tuesday, but the higher values hampered demand, forcing its differential to fuel oil cargo levels into discounts, traders said.
Prices for 380-centistoke (cst) bunker fuel were pegged at $334-$336 a tonne, up $5 from Monday's Asian close, while its differential to fuel oil fell to a discount of $1.25.
