Due to increasing ratio of car snatching, I have been using the car tracking system of C-Track for my car, Toyota Corolla 2.0 D Saloon. One Thursday, I travelled to interior Sindh in emergency by road, using my car for a 2-day trip, forgetting to inform the C-Track, but amazingly my car was not even reported during the entire trip.
When I called the company representative after returning to Karachi, I was correctly told that I am standing at falaan falaan location, but they have no answer to my complaint regarding non-detection of the car.
Their rep was giving excuses of so-called network failure, which I think is a fake excuse as he was rightly informing me that I had gone to Hyderabad, and later Matli, Badeen, which he would never have known unless the network was working properly.
I am using the car-tracking system for the sake of security of my vehicle after paying sufficient amount of money.
But if anybody anywhere could easily snatch my car and leave the city without any difficulty, what would be the worth of this system?
I want to know what was wrong with the tracking system and why my car was not tracked and jammed?
If C-Track could not provide the desired services then why should I keep on paying them their "Car Tracking Fee" instead of trying other alternatives?
