Seven killed in Indian occupied Kashmir violence

Seven people were killed in continuing violence in Indian Occupied Kashmir as freedom fighters held three persons hostage during a stand-off with the army, police said Monday.
Three freedom fighters and two Indian soldiers died in three separate gunbattles with troops and police in the southern districts of Anantnag and Doda late Sunday and early Monday, a police spokesman said. A person was shot dead when freedom fighters raided his house in Anantnag district late Sunday.
