The Provincial Home Department has extended the period of notification issued in respect of reward money announced for providing information leading to the arrest of killers in various high profile murder cases.
Home department has announced rewards for those providing information leading to the arrest of killers of Mufti Mohammad Jamil Khan and Maulana Nazeer Ahmed Taunsivi of Aalmi Majlis Tahufuz-e-Khatm-e-Nabuwwat, Mohammad Aslam Mujahid, Naib Amir Jamaat-i-Islami Karachi, Yawar Abbas Rizvi and Sayed Mohsin Mehdi Rizvi of Tehrik Jafria Pakistan (Dr Hyder Group), Mufti Nizamuddin Shamzai, Shaikh-ul-Hadees of Jamia Binori Town Karachi, Munawar Hussain Suharwardi and Haji Mashooq Brohi and extended the same till December 31.
An official notification said, if any information could be provided to nearest Police Station/Officer, the identification of the informer would be kept secret.
