Microtune Inc said on August 10 that it is unable to file its second-quarter report with regulators on time because of a previously announced internal review of its stock options grants.
The company, which makes chips used in cable modems and car radios, said the review covers all stock options granted from the date of its initial public offering on August 04, 2000, through to June 2006, and it does not know if any accounting charges will result.
