The judge of the Anti Terrorist Court, Muhammad Tariq Abbasi, resumed the hearing of the suicide bombing case and adjourned the hearing till August 28, for non presentation of the charge sheet against accused Shazia Mubashar by prosecution.
Learned judge took serious note of the application of the accused pleading that she was put in solitary confinement and no one was being allowed to meet her. She said that jail manual is not being imposed on her and she is not provided any facility in jail.
ATC judge has asked the jail superintendent to file the reply before court as to why accused is not being treated as prisoner and why she was kept in solitary confinement.
