A condemned prisoner Mushtaq Ahmed (58) was hanged in New Central Prison on Wednesday morning. His execution was deferred thrice when the deceased's family agreed for reconciliation. Jail superintendent told.
"Mushtaq Ahmed was hanged to death on Wednesday in the presence of a magistrate and a doctor and his body was handed over to his relatives after execution," Mushtaq Ahmed had killed his brother in law Muhammad Tufail following the dispute of "Rishta" on February 29, 1996.
