River Indus at Sukkur is in high flood while at Guddu it is in medium flood and falling. Similarly, at Kotri it is in low flood and its level is rising. According to meteorological report received here on Thursday morning, yesterday's monsoon low over southern Rajasthan has moved westwards and today it lies over northern Gujrat (India).
Wednesday's 'well marked' monsoon low over north Bay of Bengal has moved north-west wards and today it lies over Orissa. Meanwhile, south-east monsoon current is reaching Punjab up to 10,000 feet. Scattered rains may occur over the upper catchments of all the major rivers, northern, north-eastern Punjab, Sindh and adjoining Balochistan. Isolated rain may also occur over the southern and south-eastern Punjab.
